Josh has a patience of a Saint. As we maneuvered through the design phase he was always eager to let us experiment with our pool design ideas. When he felt we were moving into "uncharted waters" he was always there to help bring us back to a reasonable balance of form vs. function. It still amazes me, thinking back to our first meeting with you. You came to our house the morning before we headed to Tahoe. You went in the backyard, measured, listened to what we wanted, and went inside to sit down and draw our pool & spa. You listened again, made some adjustments, and we signed on the dotted line. We never regretted our decision to work with you. You have an incredible sense of design and the know how to make it happen. I watched you instruct the subs on what they needed to do, and they did it. They obviously respected you and your abilities.

It took me about five years to convince my husband we needed a pool, and he wasn't convinced until we had it. Now every time he swims, he thanks me for the great idea. Thank you for the positive experience and the years of future enjoyment we'll have. You're the best!!!

He came back with plans within a week and we signed the contract. I was amazed at how fast the work went, the excavation, plumbing & electrical. Josh was here every day to supervise. The gunite, tile, lighting fixtures, etc. he was always there and asked for my approval every step of the way.

I've had swimming pools for the past 30 years, but this was by far, the most satisfying experience. And the equipment - WOW - it takes care of itself! With once remote control, we can adjust the timers, the waterfall, lighting, etc. It fills and releases water when necessary, it is truly amazing!!!

We live in Benicia, CA. We're located in a Cul-de-sac with a large side yard. We wanted to see if we could put in a swimming pool in that area. We had several pool companies come out, with some of them not even returning because they either thought it couldn't be done, or it was too small for them to consider.

Then there was Liquid Design. We showed them what we would like (a pool with a connected hot tub). They agreed to the design, even enhancing it some, and worked with us, the city and all sub contractors to make our dreams of having a pool/hot tub come true! Throughout every step of the process, Josh, the owner, was there overseeing the construction and explaining to me what the next steps would be.

Out of all of the positive experiences we had with Josh and Liquid Design, one of the best parts of the experience was the customer service. Josh either answered his phone when I called, or he called back within the same day. In a day and age when it's next to impossible to get a live person at a company, it was very, VERY refreshing to get the owner to answer the phone or return my call within the same day!

Liquid Design finished our pool in a timely manner and it turned out great! Every time a neighbor came by to check out the progress, we had no problem letting them know that Liquid Design was doing a great job and we recommended them to other neighbors thinking about building a pool themselves.

Not too long ago, the water level of the pool was dropping and I couldn't figure out why. I called Josh, and sure enough, he returned my call. I told him what the problem was and he asked me to check and see if the water flow valve was on....it wasn't...so he had me turn it on to keep the constant water level. He didn't have to return my call, he was done with my pool and moved on, but he did, continuing with great customer service!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Josh and Liquid Design to build your pool! You want to have a positive experience from the concept to the time you jump in...and Liquid Design will give that to you!
